Meeting with Tim Pfeiffer about new AG building

The YC school has leadership and agriculture classes, and we have a new teacher for them! Mr Collins is teaching the agriculture and leadership for the students in YCHS. This year is his first year as a YCHS teacher, and so far he seems to be doing well.
In general, his students seem to enjoy his classes. One student said, “My favorite thing about him is that he [is] funny but still helps us get things done. He shares his knowledge with us and helps us in any way he can.” Another student echoed their admiration for his humor and helpfulness. Another student said that he is “fun and serious at the same time, and responsible.”
In addition to his classes, he also supervises the Future Farmers of America (FFA) club at YC. FFA is an organization in the U.S. that uses students from high schools to help out. Every high school can participate, and many do! Collins’ students seem to enjoy being in FFA just as they enjoy being in his class. Also, he enjoys teaching! When asked what his favorite subject to teach is, he replied, “I really enjoy teaching the subject of agricultural sales and also sheep production.”
Collins seems to be here to stay, at least for next year. He will continue to teach his students and will likely remain funny and helpful. His students can look forward to a lot of learning with Collins. Hopefully, Collins can look forward to teaching his students.
